Over the years, I have repeatedly said that you will not see my face or the Fegley Law Firm on billboards throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey touting our personal injury “wins”. Nor will you see our website bragging about the total amount of money we collected throughout the history of our law firm. Why? Because we prefer to focus on compassion rather than ego. We concentrate on one client at a time because that is all that matters at the end of the day. Our singular focus for our personal injury clients is to use the justice system to get their lives back to normal as soon as possible.
How is the Fegley Law Firm Different?
When you get injured, you have plenty of options when hiring a personal injury lawyer. I will explain how we do things at the Fegley Law Firm. We are a personal service law firm, not a personal injury mill. In other words, we do not have a high-volume practice which means we will not take any case looking for a quick payday. We only take seriously injured clients who want and need a serious lawyer. Consequently, when we are retained, clients do not get pushed to an inexperienced lawyer or a paralegal because their injuries are not severe enough to warrant my personal attention. Every client gets my personal attention – period!
And when I say we are not looking for a quick payday, I mean we will only settle a personal injury case when it is in the client’s best interest. When a settlement is not in the client’s best interest, we have the experience and gumption to go to trial.
